The goal of this online forum is to support those working with eXtended Reality (XR) within the SURF community, including the XR Developer Network, with a place for knowledge exchange and discussion. It aims to facilitate interactions between XR experts and non-experts, connecting both the technical and non-technical level, provide a place for asking help on XR topics, to facilitate exchange of knowledge and information, including resources such as content.
Below are some useful things you can do as first steps, also to improve your interaction with the forum.
Enable email summaries, or mailing list mode, to ensure you don’t miss interesting new topics and discussion activity when you’re not visiting regularly. You can choose the frequency of such summary emails (for example, every day, week or month). See here for more details.
Provide profile information to help others understand your role, affiliation and interests. For this, add information about yourself and your interests (and optionally a photo or image) to your profile in 2 easy steps:

Go to your Profile page and fill in the information you would like to share about yourself, and click
Save Changes

Your profile is hidden by default, so you need to make it publicly visible. Switch to the Interface section and remove the checkbox next to
Hide my public profile and presence features
and clickSave Changes
.
Get to know the community by browsing discussions that are already happening here. When you find a post interesting, informative, or entertaining, use the to show your appreciation or support!
Contribute by commenting, sharing your own perspective, asking questions, or offering feedback in the discussion.
The FAQ contains a bit more detail on starting topics in English versus in Dutch. In short, prefer English for greater accessibility, although topics in Dutch are fine as well.
